It includes installers the District is aware of who work in the area, some located in Pacific County and some outside the county. Installers are listed in alphabetical order, not in order of preference or ability. Customers are not required to use any of the listed installers and are encouraged to make their own independent choices. The District does not guarantee the quality or performance of the services provided by these installers and is not responsible for any work they perform.

We suggest obtaining bids from multiple installers before choosing the one that is the best fit for you and your project.

Windows may be installed by the customer or a contractor of the customer’s choosing. Insulation must be installed by a contractor of the customer’s choosing, and heat pumps must be installed by a licensed HVAC installer.
