Preliminary budgets are on file as of September 1st, public hearings are held at Board Meetings in the month of November, and the budget resolution is brought in front of the Board at the 1st meeting in December.

RCW 19.29A.170 requires consumer-owned utilities to adopt a Wildfire Mitigation Plan by October 31, 2024.
The plan must be reviewed and, if appropriate, revised and adopted at least every three years.
