Under the provisions of Title 54.04 of the Revised Code of Washington (Section 2 of Chapter 220, Laws of 1971, 1st Extraordinary Session), any person, firm or corporation desiring to submit proposals for construction or improvement of any facility for a public utility district shall first be designated by the Commission of such public utility district as a prequalified bidder. No contract proposal form shall be furnished to any bidder by a public utility district until that person, firm or corporation is designated a prequalified bidder by the public utility district which is inviting proposals for the work.
Any contractor wishing to make application to Public Utility District No. 2 of Pacific County for designation as a prequalified bidder for electrical and telecommunications work shall complete this PREQUALIFICATION QUESTIONAIRE (pdf) and submit the information requested.
The application for designation as a prequalified bidder must be submitted each year.
