New Bill Format Starting April 17, 2025

Beginning with the bills mailed on April 17, 2025, you will notice a new look and feel to your monthly utility bill. (See sample below.)

New PUD Bill

Why the Change?

The primary reason for this change is that our Customer Information System (CIS) provider, National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC), has upgraded the software used to produce the District's bills. NISC is a nationally recognized provider specializing in supporting consumer-owned utilities like Pacific County PUD. In addition, the District has made the decision to partner with NISC for printing and mailing its monthly bills. This shift allows us to continue to keep costs down by eliminating the need for specialized equipment and helps our staff focus on other important tasks that benefit our customers.

What’s New?

The new bill format is designed to be more user-friendly, making it easier for you to find the information you need at a glance.  You will also notice other enhancements, including a chart showing how outside temperature affects your KWH usage. We hope the changes will improve your billing experience and provide a clearer, more streamlined layout.

We’re Here to Help

As we transition to the new format, the District is closely monitoring the process to ensure everything goes smoothly. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We're committed to providing the best service possible and will work to resolve any concerns that arise.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
