Customers interested in receiving a rebate for conservation must first complete and submit the Energy Efficiency Program Agreement (PDF) before installation to receive approval. Energy audits and usage tracking are available to both residential and commercial customers.

Requirements
- Homes must be electrically heated to qualify.
- Windows must be upgraded to vinyl from single pane or double pane.
- Windows must have a U-value of .30 or less
- A PUD audit is required prior to the removal of original windows and after the installation of new windows.
- A PUD audit is required prior to and after the installation of insulation.
