Current Rebate Incentive Offerings
Updated 9/2022Customers interested in receiving a rebate for conservation must first complete and submit the Energy Efficiency Program Agreement before installation to receive approval. Energy audits and usage tracking are available to both residential and commercial customers.

- All rebate amounts are subject to change.
- Rebates cannot exceed the cost of the approved measure.
- Low Income Weatherization Application can be found here.
- Lighting and insulation rebates are available for some commercial buildings.
- Homes must be electrically heated to qualify.
- Windows must be upgraded to vinyl from single pane or double pane.
- Windows must have a U-value of .30 or less
- A PUD audit is required prior to the REMOVAL of original windows and after the installation of new windows.
- A PUD audit is required prior to AND after the installation of insulation.

Heat Pump Water Heaters

- New Construction is not eligible

Heat Pumps
- Heat Pump Rebate: $800
- Low Income Heat Pump Rebate: $4,400
- Pre-approval is required to determine eligibility using the Energy Efficiency Program Agreement above
- Customers must complete the Heat Pump Installation Form
- Electric resistance heating must be permanently installed in the home and serve as the primary heat source (ducted heat pumps not eligible)
- Home must be a single family residence
- New construction is not eligible
- Heat pump must be installed by a qualified HVAC installer
