Primary Metered Commercial

This schedule is applicable to commercial, public buildings, and other services where facilities were constructed to operate at a voltage greater than six hundred volts and where measured demand is greater than 50 kW at least one time during a calendar year.

• Basic Charge:
  
  • Single Phase - $ 20.00 per meter per month
  • Three Phase - $ 28.00 per meter per month
• Energy Charge:
  
  • $ 0.0463 per all kilowatt hours used
  • Power Cost Adjustment - Percentage (in whole number) times kilowatt hour usage added to energy charge. (Follows BPA CRAC)
• Demand Charge
  Demand for any month is the averaged kilowatt delivery during the thirty-minute period in which the consumption of energy is the greatest during the month for which determination is made. Demand meters are re-set each month after the reading is recorded.

• $ 5.90 per kilowatt per month

• Minimum Charge:
  

  • Single Phase per meter - $ 20.00
  • Three Phase per meter - $ 28.00
  • The minimum charge shall be no less than $0.77 per KVA of serving transformer capacity in excess of 50 KVA per month.

• Seasonal Reconnect Charge
  
  • $ 120.00 per reconnect
  • Any account that has been disconnected for 4 months will be charged the reconnect fee.
  • Accounts that have been disconnected for one year or more must be inspected by the Washington State Electrical Inspector AND receive approval from the P.U.D. Engineering Dept. before reconnection can occur (additional fees may apply).
