Industrial Rates

1. Small Industrial

   Service under this schedule shall be available for small industrial establishments or processing plants of 1000 - 5000 kilowatts connected load.

   • Basic Charge
     
     • $ 50.00 per meter per month
   • Energy Charge
     
     • $ 0.0447 per all kilowatt hours used
     • Power Cost Adjustment - Percentage (in whole number) times kilowatt hour usage added to energy charge. (Follows BPA CRAC)
   • Demand Charge:
     Demand for any month is the averaged kilowatt delivery during the thirty-minute period in which the consumption of energy is the greatest during the month for which determination is made.

     Demand meters are re-set each month after the reading is recorded.

     • $ 4.75 per kilowatt per month
   • Minimum Charge:
     
     • $ 50.00 per month
     • The minimum charge shall be no less than $0.77 per KVA of serving transformer capacity in excess of 50 KVA per month.
2. Large Industrial

   Service under this schedule shall be available for large industrial establishments or processing plants of 5,000 kilowatts connected load or greater.

   • Basic Charge
     
     • $ 50.00 per meter per month
   • Energy Charge
     
     • $ 0.0301 per all kilowatt hours used
     • Power Cost Adjustment - Percentage (in whole number) times kilowatt hour usage added to energy charge. (Follows BPA CRAC)
   • Demand Charge:
