General Service Rates

This schedule is applicable to SMALL commercial and other services not eligible under other rate schedules where measured demand is less than 50 kW. Commercial accounts are billed on a regular monthly cycle.

• Basic Service Charge
  
  • Single Phase - $ 16.00 per meter per month
  • Three Phase - $ 22.00 per meter per month
• Energy Charge
  
  • $ 0.0631 per all kilowatt hours used
  • Power Cost Adjustment - Percentage (in whole number) times kilowatt hour usage added to energy charge. (Follows BPA CRAC)
• Minimum Charge
  
  • Single Phase - $ 16.00 per meter per month
  • Three Phase - $ 22.00 per meter per month
  • The minimum charge shall be no less than $0.77 per KVA of serving transformer capacity in excess of 50 KVA per month.

• Seasonal Reconnect Charge
  
  • $ 120.00 per reconnect
  • Any account that has been disconnected for 4 months will be charged the reconnect fee.
  • Accounts that have been disconnected for one year or more must be inspected by the Washington State Electrical Inspector AND receive approval from the P.U.D. Engineering Dept. before reconnection can occur (additional fees may apply).
