The District Offers Multiple Ways to Pay Your Bill
In-Person Payments
Cash, check, debit/credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only) are accepted at each location.
Each location has a drive-up box and drop box near the front door.
Note: Do not deposit cash in these boxes.

Phone Payments
You can make payments using Visa, MasterCard, checking account, or savings account by calling (844) 829-1962.
A recurring payment can be set up at the same time a payment is made using this method.
Online Payments
Customers can pay using Smarthub on the PUD website or the Smarthub Mobile App.
Instructions for creating a Smarthub account can be found below.
Quick Online Payment
Pay Now allows customers to make payments through the PUD website without logging into an account.
You only need the last name on your account and the account number.
Recurring Credit Card (RCC)
Using a Visa or MasterCard, the District can withdraw the amount due on the 5th or 20th of each month, depending on the billing cycle.
This can be done using the automated phone system or by logging into Smarthub.

Automated Clearing House (ACH)
Using a checking or savings account, the District will withdraw funds on the 5th or 20th of each month, depending on the billing cycle.
Customers who choose this option may be eligible for the District’s $20 Bill Credit Program (PDF) and can select from additional withdrawal dates.
