Payments
Payments may be made by mail, using a credit/debit card (online or by phone), automatic withdrawal from a banking account (ACH, credit/debit card (RCC)), or in person at the office nearest you.
P.U.D. office hours are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday. After hours, payments can be dropped at the night depositories located near the front entrances to the Raymond and Long Beach offices.
Instructions for updating your automatic payment
Deposits
- Residential:
- You may be asked to pay a deposit or provide a guarantor when opening an account. The guarantor must be a customer of the District for two years or more, have a prompt payment history, and reside in the PUD service territory.
- Commercial / Industrial / Irrigation & Crop Pumping:
- Customers will be asked to pay a deposit when opening a new account.
