Residential Rates

Customer billing shall be the flat rate minimum monthly charge or the basic charge plus the actual meters service charge, whichever is greater.

Basic Charge:
$20.00 per month/meter

Minimum Monthly Charge:
3/4" pipe - $30.00 per service
1" pipe -     $50.00 per service

Meter Service:
Charge for consumption - $1.75 / 1,000 gallons

All water used for domestic purposes shall be supplied on a flat rate or by meter at the option of Pacific County P.U.D. #2.  Meters shall be read to the nearest 10 gallons.

Unless otherwise stated, rates shall apply to single service through one meter to one customer at one premises. When two or more families with separate housekeeping facilities occupy the same or separate dwelling and are served from one water meter, the rate charged is covered under Commercial/Industrial service rates. 

Pacific County P.U.D. #2 reserves the right to regulate at all times the hours when customers will be permitted to use District water for lawn sprinkling, irrigation, or any nonessential household purpose.
