Pacific County PUD's Rebate Incentives

DUCTLESS HEAT PUMP PROGRAM :
Program Outline:
- All homes must be inspected prior to starting to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- $1500 rebate to customer.
- Electric resistance heating must be permanently installed in the home and serve as the primary source (furnaces and ductless heat pumps not eligible).
- Home must be a single family residence.
- New construction homes are not eligible.
- Heat Pump must be installed by a qualified contractor on the District's Approved Installer List.
- Permits where required on heat pump projects, must be obtained.
- Only one heat pump installation per residence will qualify for a rebate.
Qualifying Equipment:
To be eligible for utility incentives, ductless heat pump systems installed must be split system heat pumps employing INVERTER-DRIVEN OUTDOOR COMPRESSOR UNITS, and inverter driven or variable speed indoor blowers. Inverter driven blowers are preferred, as they increase overall system efficiency, but are not required for eligibility.
