APPLICATION FOR SERVICE

Each prospective customer requesting electric service shall furnish the District any pertinent information relating to name, service address, legal property description, plot plan, credit information, load, voltage, phase, and the manner in which power will be utilized.

Certain applications may lead to a Line Extension contract. Large industrial or commercial contracts may contain such provisions and stipulations as may be necessary or desirable to protect the interest of both the District and the customer.

The delivery of service by the District and its acceptance by the customer shall be deemed to constitute an agreement with and acceptance of the District's policies.
