When a customer decides that a new service for electrical energy is going to be required within the service area of Pacific County PUD, the customer must contact the PUD office as soon as possible. This will allow enough time for all the engineering, permitting and scheduling requirements that are required before the actual construction of the new electrical service. Due to the diversity of new services, it may take from two to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of the new service.

For electrical services on the Long Beach Peninsula and east to the Chinook/Megler area, customers should contact the Long Beach office; (360) 642-3191. For electrical service in the North Pacific County area and south to and including the Naselle area, customers should contact the Raymond office; (360) 942-2411.
