Payments
Payments may be made by mail, using a credit/debit card (online or by phone to your local PUD office), automatic withdrawl from a banking account (ACH), or in person at the office nearest you.
P.U.D. office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. After hours, payments can be dropped at the night depositories located near the front entrances to the Raymond and Long Beach offices.
Deposits
Residential - You may be asked to pay a deposit when opening an account. Customers who have established a satisfactory payment record with another utility or who have a prior record of prompt payment with the District may be excluded from the deposit requirement.
Instead of a deposit, a customer may choose to have a guarantor. The guarantor must be a customer of the District for two years or more, must have a prompt payment history and must reside in the PUD service territory.
Commercial / Industrial / Irrigation & Crop Pumping - Customers will be asked to pay a deposit when opening a new account.
