Customer Service
When moving to a new address or otherwise closing your account, please call as soon as possible to ensure you receive an accurate closing bill. When you call, the PUD will need the address you are vacating, the last day you wish to receive service at that address and a forwarding address for mailing your closing bill.
If you are moving to another residence or structure served by the District, your service will be transferred upon your request.
