Meter Reading

Meters are read on a regular cycle. The District requires that PUD Meter Readers have unobstructed access to the meter at all times. If the meter reader cannot read your meter, you will receive an estimated bill for that billing cycle. Continued obstruction to the meter could lead to disconnection of the service.

Removing and Installing Meters

To ensure your safety and that of District employees, only authorized and qualified Pacific County PUD personnel shall remove and install meters. Removal of meters by non-utility personnel WILL BE considered tampering with PUD equipment and subject to a $100 minimum fee.
