You become a customer of the District from the date you become responsible for electric or water service to your home or business. We will need such information as: billing name, date of occupancy, telephone number, social security and other information pertinent to you.  All information is kept confidential.

All accounts are billed monthly. Your first bill will include an account service charge to cover the cost of establishing an electric or water service account at a new address.
