Bay Center Water Rates

Commercial/Industrial Rates

For commercial or industrial use or for multiple-family units such as duplexes, condominiums, apartment buildings, and mobile home parks, where one meter serves the entire complex.

Customer billing will include the basic charge plus the actual metered usage.

Basic Charge (includes up to 6000 gallons of consumed water):

3/4" Service $30.00 per month per meter

1" Service $35.00 per month per meter

1.5" Service $37.50 per month per meter

2" Service $42.00 per month per meter

Meter Service:

6,001 - 30,000 Gallons	$1.90 / 1000 Gallons
30,001 - 50,000 Gallons	$1.75 / 1000 Gallons
50,001 - 100,000 Gallons	$1.65 / 1000 Gallons
100,001 - and above	$1.60 / 1000 Gallons

 

All water used for multiple family units, commercial or industrial purposes shall be supplied on a flat rate or by meter at the option of Pacific County P.U.D. #2.  Meters shall be read to the nearest 10 gallons.

Unless otherwise stated, the rate shall apply to a commercial or industrial customer with a single service through one meter at one premises or where two or more families with separate housekeeping facilities occupy the same or separate dwelling and are served from one water meter. 

Pacific County P.U.D. #2 reserves the right to regulate at all times the hours when customers will be permitted to use District water for lawn sprinkling, irrigation, or any nonessential household purpose.
