District #1 - Lawrence Remington (Secretary)

Retired owner of the Willapa Harbor Iron Works in South Bend. Past long time member of the South Bend School Board. Elected 1972, reelected in 1978, 1984, 1990, 1996, and 2002. His current term expires in 2008. Delegate to Washington P.U.D. Association and American Public Power Association.

District #2 -  Diana Thompson (President)

Current owner of Harmony SoapWorks in Oysterville. Previous employment included customer support and trainer for Cycare Systems, specialist for assessment with the Portland Public Schools and a Social Services case worker. She has a degree in Sociology from University of Oregon. She is currently active in the Ocean Park Chamber of Commerce and Water Music Festival. She was elected to the Board in 2006. Her current term expires in 2012. Delegate to Public Utility Risk Management Services and Conservation and Renewable Energy Systems.

District #3 - Ron Hatfield (Vice President)

Retired from City of Raymond, City Clerk/Treasurer, January 1995. Elected Mayor of City of Raymond November 1995. Active member and past resident of Raymond Kiwanis. Elected 1988, re-elected in 1992, 1998 and 2004. Current term expires in 2010. Delegate to Northwest Public Power Association, Energy Northwest, and Public Power Council. Past president of Conservation and Renewable Energy Systems and Public Utility Risk Management Services.
