District #1 - Mike Swanson (Secretary)

Naselle native having graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics.  Current owner of Mike Swanson Realty in Naselle. Previously owned the Rosburg Store from 1981 – 2008.  Active member of numerous community and civic organizations.  Elected to the Board in January of 2009.  Current term expires in 2014.  Delegate to Public Utility Risk Management Services and American Public Power Association.

District #2 -  Diana Thompson (President)

Current owner of Harmony SoapWorks in Oysterville. Previous employment included customer support and trainer for Cycare Systems, specialist for assessment with the Portland Public Schools and a Social Services case worker. She has a degree in Sociology from University of Oregon. She is currently active in the Ocean Park Chamber of Commerce and Water Music Festival. She was elected to the Board in 2006 and again in 2012. Her current term expires in 2018. Delegate to Public Utility Risk Management Services and Conservation and Renewable Energy Systems.

District #3 - Ron Hatfield (Vice President)

Retired from City of Raymond, City Clerk/Treasurer, January 1995. Elected Mayor of City of Raymond November 1995. Active member and past resident of Raymond Kiwanis. Elected 1988, re-elected in 1992, 1998, 2004 and 2010. Current term expires in 2016. Delegate to Northwest Public Power Association, Energy Northwest, and Public Power Council. Past president of Conservation and Renewable Energy Systems and Public Utility Risk Management Services.
